Greetings St. Mary’s Families!
Many of you may already know, but after many years, Ann Brady is stepping down form coordinating the SCRIP program at St. Mary Catholic School. She is relinquishing the reigns of her hard work to Chris and Kathy Wheeler. We are really looking forward to helping you purchase the gift cards you need to help you off set your tuition and support our school.
To make sure you receive your purchases timely, please return your orders to the school office by Monday morning, and they will be filled on Wednesday. If you need a gift card that is in stock before or after Wednesday, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request in order to get you what you need. We are planning on selling gift cards that are in stock on Thursdays and Fridays for one hour before and after school in the breezeway of the school building. If you are available to volunteer to oversee the sales on any of these days, please email us at scrip@stmarychargers.com or call 734-241-7173. Please be patient with us as we develop a good schedule to make SCRIP gift cards readily available to you.
With regards to tuition credits now and in the future, our families will not see a change. Credits will be applied to your tuition accounts as they were previously. Any credits at the end of the school year will carry over to next school years tuition. If your family is utilizing the 10-month payment plan through FACTS, your SCRIP credits will be applied to your account just the same, thus reducing your monthly payment with each SCRIP credit transaction.
Over the next couple of months we will be transitioning the current program to allow you to have web-based access to place your orders (if you choose). Stay tuned for more information about this exciting change!
